The process of healing is a highly complex phenomenon. Sometimes, the very reason people struggle to recover is that it is often difficult to know where to start. It is essential to understand that holistic healing is part of God’s plan for a more abundant life. 3  John 1:2 states, "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth." Healing is a comprehensive process that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. In the book "Be Made Whole: The 5 Dimensions of Healing,” Eric Joseph identifies five dimensions of healing—spiritual, mental, physical, relational, and emotional— all of which are important to God for us.

Tonight's special guest, Tracy Buckley, will discuss how God's guidance made all the difference. We will share about having a renewed mind regarding food and exercise, and the road to success is just a made-up mind away!

We are smack dab in the middle of our Superheroes Series: Spiritual Superheroes and their Trusty Sidekicks!!! This series explores the nuances of mentorship and the benefits of shared goals. Mentors will not always get it right, and mentees will not always get it on the first try, but prayer and patience will go a long way in the mentoring process. Pastor Jerry Doss helped us understand the importance of prayerfully seeking God for your mentor and the value of not getting caught up in looks or images. Apostle K. Jevon Chambers shared candidly about the power of learning to serve before you can lead. There is power in sweeping the floor (LOL). He also reminded us of the importance of being patient with the process. Paul found himself frustrated with Mark, but Barnabas saw in Mark what Paul could not and developed Mark into an amazing leader, with whom Paul would later affirm.
