Tasneem Fredericks is the Deputy President of the Black Management Forum and she is also a director of the law firm Fredericks Incorporated. She gained extensive experience in the drafting of Memorandum of Incorporations and advising on the direction on compliance issues relating to the Companies Act 2008.   

Tasneem was the first black female attorney appointed as part of a professional team to assist the taxi industry in negotiating on the integrated public transport system (IPTS) with the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality and the largely male dominated taxi industry. 

She is a part time lecturer and she also lectures admitted attorneys and mentors young attorneys starting their own practice. Tasneem works with various international human rights organisations regarding genocide in Myanmar. She has practiced law for over 14 years and specialises in Commercial Law Conveyancing, Labour Law and areas of Notarial practice.
