Hon. Mr. Lechesa Tsenoli has qualifications in adult education, public policy, facilitation and is a graduate of The International Program of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland on Organisation and Systems Development.
He is the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and he is currently a member of the Central Committee of the South African Communist Party (SACP).
