Tulsa police responded early Friday morning near 6800 East 15th Street to a fatal single-vehicle crash. Officers found a vehicle engulfed in flames after it had run off the road, crashed into a concrete building, and trapped a 21-year-old passenger in the front seat. The driver exited before police arrived. Both individuals were transported to the hospital where the passenger was pronounced dead. The driver survived. Preliminary investigation suggests the car was traveling at a high rate of speed before the accident.
