Welp… after much anticipation, here is the fourth and final part of the 1 Samuel 16 Bible study! With this being the final part, we’re packing up what God has revealed to us in this chapter and talking about being in alignment for the assignment that God has placed on your life. It would’ve been nice to have finished this last year, but I’m not going to be upset with my plans when I’m in alignment with God’s 🙌🏾
I do still plan on doing a Bible study on 1 Samuel 17, but that may take a bit of time (hopefully not another year… 😅) since I’m back to the planning stage lol.

November 22, 2023 The Recap (1 Samuel 16:1-18) | Bible Study
**This Bible Study is a repost and was originally posted to my YouTube on July 5th, 2022**
It’s been a LOOOOONG time since I’ve recorded, edited, and uploaded the last part of the “Who is David // Bible Study”, but WE’RE BACK! With it being many months of the last video, I wanted to sit down, be transparent, and provide an update as to what’s been going in life since then.
In addition to those updates, I’m going to provide a summary of what was covered in the first three parts (1 Samuel 16:1-18) so that we can smoothly transition back into the Bible studies and prepare us for the FINAL part (1 Samuel 16:19-23) — “Alignment for the Assignment”
My word for this year actually perfectly aligns with this fourth and final part, but the biggest focus when it comes to creating will be on my consistency. In this vid and going forward, the quality is present — but I want the consistency to go hand in hand with it so that we can have a consistent supply of content that the Holy Spirit is feeding our souls.

This is the third part of the four-part series, where the main goal is to answer the question, "Who is David?" The answer to this will be revealed as we study 1 Samuel 16. The ultimate goal is to better understand the life of David and how he was positioned to purpose by God so that we can apply these principles in our journey towards purposeful living.
One of my friends and I recently had a great conversation about spiritual gifts and learning about purpose. During this convo, she shared a website (https://giftstest.com/) that allows you to take a test to begin discovering and understanding your spiritual gifts. I'd highly encourage you to take this, because as she often says, "knowledge is power", and being knowledgeable about our spiritual gifts helps us to tap into the heavenly power that God freely gives us (Romans 8:11)
As we study and listen through this, I pray that you position your heart towards God and open your ears to hear His commands in your life. In doing so, I pray that He opens your eyes to recognize the beauty of the plans He has for you and bring clarity to your purpose.

What's up everyone and welcome to the first video of the Prayers of Trust Bible study series! Thank you for taking the time to watch this video and I pray that God blesses you through it. I read through Psalms 3 and 4 a couple of weeks ago, and I love how great these scriptures are to meditate on to start/end your day. So for these next two videos, I’m doing a Bible study that covers both Psalms 3 and 4. For this one, I’m going to read through and discuss Psalm 3 and how this scripture can be a great way to start the day.
