Each journey starts with a single step, and often taking that first step toward wellness is the hardest step of all. Implementing simple daily routines, intentionally rooted in prioritizing wellness, can lead us to new places that we may not even imagined were possible for us. Simple doesn't always mean easy, and steps can be small; they don't need to be giant leaps. Choose one thing, and make a small change today. Then tomorrow, keep stepping forward. Be relentless with your wellness.
