In this episode, Tim and Karen challenge the mainstream notion of, "New Year, New Me." We're sharing our approach to focus instead on realizations. January 1st is another day, another opportunity to reflect on your habits and realize what actions will help you get closer to reaching your goals.
Many of us can be impatient with ourselves - if we focus all our attention on the perceived end result, we are likely to miss all the small steps that need to happen each and every day to get us there. Goals are meaningless unless we back them up with action. We all face barriers that need to be overcome, and at times stray off course. These barriers and challenges are opportunities to re-route, learning what keeps us moving forward. Let's face it, the hard truth is that 2025 won't be any better than 2024 unless you make a decision and act on it. Repeatedly.
