This month's tune up is about Routine Maintenance.


On this week's episode we look under the hood and do a quick tune up.
Routine maintenance is a key component to sustaining our mental wellness. It’s all about being proactive. 
Rest, personal time, and journaling are a few of the many things we each do to keep our mental machine running right. Taking the opportunity to rest, to be productive, and/or to be of service can all promote mental wellness, and we need to establish a fair balance between these pieces. 
Too much of any one piece can bring us to a place of poor mental health. The road of life needs to be maintained as well. As we keep driving down that road, we are better off fixing the potholes before they swallow us up.
