There's a lot to feel in the world now, and we are so interconnected! We continue to learn to manage our own energy systems; to be more Present and loving to ourselves first, then others.


We talked about Transformation, Truth, and Allowing the Energy to move through us, welcoming the discomfort of expansion with Grace.

Deborah mentioned finding some materials from the 90's that seems perfect guidance for today, one being The Code, Intentions for a Better World. The simple version is:


"The Code" by Tony Burroughs (https://www.amazon.com/Code-La... It is the core practice of the "Intenders of the Highest Good" community, emphasizing speaking intentions aloud and serving the Highest Good.


The 10 Intents of The Code are:


1. Support Life: I support life, I refrain from opposing or harming others, I allow others to have their own experiences, I see life in all things, and honor it as if it were my own.

2. Seek Truth: I look to find the truth in all situations.
