举例思路：

Who: My friend, Amy   and a surgeon

When: Last month

Where: went to a plastic surgery hospital

What happened?  The surgeon used knives to operate surgery on her face like eyes, nose and lips.

What's the result?   

同意的话用好的结果：It went well. She turned into a beauty!

不同意的话用坏的结果： It went south. She turned into a monster!
