let's give this another try ... on the last episode i said i was officially back, sadly things didn't go as planned so i had to take another hiatus ... not making any drastic promises but will try to post at least 2 podcast episode each month (please pray for me to stay consistent)

back to today's episode ... i was trying to figure out what will be the best way to come back from my hiatus and i decided it was time for a one-on-one catch ... on this episode i talk about struggling to be alone, blocking and unblocking people, plans for 2023, and more ... honestly i was close to not posting this but this year we are all about consistency and embracing our imperfections (in this case a podcast episode that's not "perfect")

happy new year! it's time for a fresh start. 2022 has been interesting to say the least so let's consider this month as a fresh year and start making goals and resolutions

we are starting off 2022 with the first guest ever on this podcast! this was one of my favorite podcasts to record and i hope i will be featuring more guests this year.

hope your year is going well so far, and can't wait to have more chats with you in 2022. genuinely excited to see what the year has to offer!

if you're like me, you don't take criticism well, especially if it's from people who we aren't close to. for the ones who care about us, it's still a bit offensive, so why don't we have a self-confrontation moment where we call ourselves out on some of the bad traits that we have.

sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is be real, even if it makes us uncomfortable.

Do you think there's a difference between happiness and joy, and does being unhappy mean you're not grateful! Happiness is a complex topic and joy is even more complicated!

can you honestly answer this question?

I have been pondering on this for a long time and I still don't have a clear answer to this question. The idea came from Osse Greca (@ossegrecasinare) who made a video answer the question, "are you happy". If you haven't watched the video, please do so, it is an eye opener. 

This seems like a straight forward question but I came to realize that there are people like me, who have a difficult time answering this honestly. In this episode I share my views/relationship with happiness and also share the inputs/views of some people who contributed to this topic.
