CARNAGE - it's truly reached the next level with injury and suspension dramas for our NRL SuperCoach teams. It's a tough set of teamlists and trades are harder than ever before, and the Champions are here to help navigate through the analysis paralysis. NRLPhysio is out again this week but we still go through an injury wrap-up, we discuss the key takeaways from the Round 10 teams and match-ups and of course we nominate our Swysh SuperCoach Star of the Week.

Strategy-wise, we discuss when to swallow your pride and jump on the players that we missed, looking at how to best manage the likes of David Fififta, Cam Munster and others with their injuries/suspensions, as well as looking at whether you can viably stack the spine players from the top offences in the NRL at the moment and have it work out for NRL SuperCoach.
