In this episode, Pamela and I give five tips for Thanksgiving dinner. Our hope is that along with these tips, you'll be able to better enjoy your Thanksgiving meal guilt and shame free. Enjoy the holiday with the ones that you can and be safe!

We discuss ways we can be mindful and intentional in the earlier part of the week leading up to Thanksgiving.

It's important to load up our plates with fruits, veggies, and lean protein FIRST.

We talk about how we can reframe Thanksgiving day, but recognizing that the biggest meal of the day is in the middle of the day. This doesn't mean we need to have massive meals for breakfast or dinner. We may not even want to eat a big dinner later after the Thanksgiving feast.

We discuss why it's important to prioritize eating the food item that you really love.

We also talk about how it's crucial to not have a "scarcity mindset" when it comes to food. Food is usually plentiful on Thanksgiving. We don't have to eat everything in sight.
