Often times when we hear the word Revival — we think of & talk of it in terms of a societal Revival -- i.e. The Great Awakenings, Azusa Street, The Jesus Movement …along w/ many others both in America & Abroad.

What we fail to realize is that long before any Revival ever took place societally, it first took place individually ...within individuals who were overwhelmed by the mercy & love of God. Individuals who were hungry for God & desperate for God to move. Revival is birthed in here [in me / in you / in the Church] …before it blossoms out there [in society / in the city].
