Hello Dear Ones -

Everywhere I go, people are complaining about the chaos in their lives, the economy, and the world. The energy of change has touched us deeply, and the fear reactions are taking over.

I would like to offer another way to live inside the chaos.

Meditate and calm your fears. Be still and know that all is well. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to be for ten minutes.

When you mind is screaming at you to DO SOMETHING, JOIN A PROTEST, or simply write snarky comments on social media, you have turned away from your Self. Yes - that Self.

The result is more chaos and more fear. Is that what you really want?

My hope is because you clicked on this newsletter and have read this far, you don’t want more chaos and fear. Thank you for turning away and turning within.

Listen for ten minutes to the following meditation (click on the photo). Then notice how you feel. Calmer, more present, less chaotic.

Remember, you are in charge of your mind, heart, and soul. Just because everyone around you is screaming obscenities at the current political party in charge doesn’t mean you have to join in. Just because those around you are losing their minds over the stock market, tariffs, DOGE, or Ukraine, doesn’t mean you can’t say, “I am going to meditate.”

Just think, as you become calmer, others around you notice. As you refuse to buy into the current hysteria, you become an island of trust in a sea of fear.

All it takes is one person who decides, “Not for me. Not today.”

You are that person.
