Neighbors of Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs have been complaining about the noise levels.  Here comes the Colorado Legislature to save the Day, or are they?  Jeff and Bill welcome Colorado State Senator Larry Liston one of the sponsors of SB26-098 that would allow local city councils to make the sound abatement rules.  The plaintiff's attorney, Julian Ellis is also on the show to outline what the residents are dealing with.
