In a relationship (or connection), for effectiveness - communication is required. Communication is vital! God is always seeking us, knocking for us, His pursuit of us is desired to fulfill the order and establishment of personal relationship. We must turn on our location, so our precise location and time can be identified by Him. Yes, God needs to know you are ready to receive and you are sought after.
