It’s my birthday! I thought this was a great opportunity to have a relaxed conversation with you on the lessons that have made such a tremendous impact on my life.
In this episode, I’m chatting about 13 significant lessons I’ve learned that apply to both my personal and professional development. I’m very excited to be sharing these insights and experiences with you in the hope that you can take value out of my story.
I feel truly privileged and grateful to be turning 43 and have this chance to reflect on how I’ve changed over my 20s, 30s and now into my 40s. I would love to encourage you to look back on your past self with kindness and understanding. That person has made you who you are today.
But you know what’s also exciting? In the future, you’ll look back on your present self and thank them for all the hard work they’re putting in now. So take the time to consider, what can you do right now that your future self will absolutely applaud you for?
Now go for it.
