Jim and Ann speak with Matthew Erno, a 2007 YTI graduate with quite the success story. Matt, now an Engineering Manager at Dorman Products, leads a team of six engineers whose responsibilities range from launching new manufacturing/remanufacturing projects, designing hardware and software for ECM test simulation and developing repair techniques for existing projects.
