This is the story of how I went from taking a BIG L at Speaker slam and turning it into a BIG W at momondays. I share the techniques I learned at Toastmaster that helped me to reach my full potential.

I had to learn this at a key moment in my career. It was a turning point for me. The moment I needed to decide whether I was going to continue to pursue a new avenue or walk away.

I learned how to turn my L into a W which allowed me to build success no matter what happens. I could roll the dice because I now knew how to create success from any situation.
