Sub*T was formed by Jade Alcantara and Grace Bennett, who taught themselves how to play guitar after growing tired of being in the crowd. The duo began crafting songs that combined the ferocious bite of Veruca Salt records with the razor-sharp ramblings of Liz Phair and the cooky, scuzzy sonic atmosphere of The Breeders. Sub*T unveiled their debut EP 'So Green,' in November of last year, produced and engineered by Alicia Bognanno from Bully.
