In the prison where Jon was serving his sentence, a local Lutheran church would come, once each year, to host a three-day seminar for the prisoners. While this was a fantastic opportunity for them to have a break from their normal routines, Jon grew frustrated that more Biblical truth was not being presented. When questioned about why he wasn’t more involved with the activities, God used his honesty to change the hearts of those who were putting on the event.
