The Tories didn't get their case across to voters in the Chesham and Amersham by-election, according to Bim Afolami, Conservative MP for Hitchin and Harpenden, and on the issue of the new planning regulations, didn't turn "nimbies" opposing any development into "yimbies" who will welcome it.
