In this episode, I am joined by author and life coach, D. Grant Smith. After going through his own challenging divorce, D was inspired to help other men that are going through tough breakups and life challenges to turn the pain into power. D’s story is an inspiration to anyone who has been at rock bottom and knows they need to make a change.

Throughout this episode, D talks about the events in his life that inspired him to transition out of his career in radio and into life coaching. After growing up with extremely low self-esteem, D realized his insecurities were impacting his life and his relationships. This caused D to begin his self-love journey and write his book, Be Solid.
