This week we have Triston Burnham on to discuss a little heavier of a topic: Sickle Cell Anemia. We discuss what the diagnosis means, the obstacles faced growing up with it, and the community built around living with it. Although troubling, Triston’s found a way to use this disease as motivation, and a reason to be more aware and engaged.
