We're following up our episode on Texas Chainsaw Massacre with a review of a movie we ACTUALLY liked: Turning Red! The latest film from Disney-Pixar - helmed by Oscar-winning Bao creator Domee Shi - stars Rosalie Chiang as Meilin, a young girl growing up in 2002 Toronto with a mother (Sandra Oh) who she loves, but feels the innate need to please. To make matters worse, every time Meilin experiences an extreme emotion, she turns into a giant red panda.
