Lorenz Dries, aka Wounded Viking in his YouTube channel, is a two-times cancer survivor; he was diagnosed with an aggressive cyst in his mouth that turned out to be a large tumor. To save his life, surgeons had to remove the right side of his jaw and replace it with bone and tissue from his lower leg. Lorenz was also diagnosed with leukemia and despite beating it after nine months of chemotherapy, it destroyed his jaw for a second time. After numerous complications and operations Lorenz had his face rebuilt for the third time.

Now he is dedicated to motivating and helping others who feel like they're not able to keep up with the current beauty standards set by our society. Focusing in helping people build confidence and self-esteem.
