Scarlett Nolen is the President at Truly Nolen of America. This family-owned pest control business was started in 1938 and has expanded to offer pest, termite, rodent, lawn, insulation, and commercial services. In her role, Scarlett launched the Truly Development Program (TDP), allowing her to focus on the systematic and engaging development of employees across the company.
Previously, Scarlett succeeded in leadership roles as a Branch Manager in Florida and as a District Manager for the nationwide growth district. As a DM, she led the company in net gains for three consecutive years. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and her master’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
