My Name is Em, and in this podcast I’ll be talking about my personal experiences with Major Mental Health Issues I’ve had throughout my life, and am still fighting. I’ll be talking about tools I’ve learnt to help and what got me through that journey. This Podcast talks a lot about very hard and TRIGGERING subjects so please be aware of that. I hope through here I can share my story and hopefully help someone else find hope and feel worth it to keep trying and make them feel like there is someone else out there like them who came through it on the other end.
