Florida native Stephen Barker Liles is part of the country music duo Love and Theft, which are known for their songs "Runaway" and "Angel Eyes."  Liles has also written songs for other artists, including "Wrong Baby Wrong" for Martina McBride as well as "Kissin' In Cars" which was featured in the Country Strong soundtrack.

Colt and David sit down with artist and songwriter Jordan Harvey.  
Hailing from South Queensferry, a small town northwest of Edinburgh, Scotland, Jordan Harvey grew up in a working-class environment that also fostered a deep love for music. Harvey lived and breathed music - working in a local recording studio and attending Tech Music School in London, Jordan opened for Simple Minds as a member of the OK Social Club. This experience led to solo shows and an appearance on BBC One’s "Let It Shine," a popular UK singing competition.
Encouraged by his father to pursue his passion, Jordan moved to Nashville, where he initially couch-surfed and played the graveyard shift at some of the city’s most popular honky-tonks. His hard work paid off, landing him a record deal. He gained experience opening for Garth Brooks and performing on shows like "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," "The Late Late Show with James Corden," "TODAY," "The Kelly Clarkson Show," and the internationally acclaimed "Neighbours."
Harvey collaborates with some of Nashville’s best talents, crafting music rooted in Nashville songwriting but enriched with global influences and personal stories. As a multi-instrumentalist (piano, drums, guitar), Jordan’s natural charisma and stage presence shine through his upcoming tour dates and his storytelling.

Jerrod Niemann is a country music singer-songwriter known for singles such as "Lover, Lover" and "Drink To That All Night."
As a songwriter Niemann scored his first #1 hit song with Garth Brooks' "Good Ride Cowboy," a tribute to Chris LeDoux. Other artists who have recorded songs written by Niemann include Blake Shelton, Colbie Caillat, Lee Brice, Neal McCoy, Julie Roberts, Jamey Johnson, John Anderson and Diamond Rio.
In 2010, Niemann released the album Judge Jerrod & the Hung Jury, which debuted at #1 and yielded the #1 hit “Lover, Lover” and the Top 5 single “What Do You Want.”

Marshall Altman is a Nashville-based A&R for Nettwerk Music Group and a record producer and songwriter who owns the Galt Line studio in Nashville, TN.  He was formerly an A&R person for such labels as Capitol Records, Hollywood Records and Columbia Records.  As a record producer, he has worked for a variety of artists, including Matt Nathanson, Trevor Hall, Marc Broussard, Brooke Fraser, Kate Voegel, Eric Paslay and Frankie Ballard.

New Jersey native Tom Luteran has been a successful music executive in Nashville for the last 30 years. He has worked with many hit songwriters and artists, and has placed songs which became #1 country hits, and set up co-writing sessions which led to big hits. Luteran has also signed several songwriters and artists to music publishing deals, including country star & songwriter, Jamey Johnson.  Luteran currently works at Sony Music Publishing and has previous stops with EMI Publishing and Zomba Music Publishing.

Colt and David sit down with NSAI Executive Bart Herbison.  
A Paris, TN native, Bart Herbison worked as a reporter and spent 14 years in radio and as a correspondent for The Nashville Banner newspaper before joining the administration of former Tennessee Governor Ned McWherter as Deputy Director of Communications in 1987.  Herbison joined the staff of U.S. Rep. Bob Clement (D-Nashville) in 1988 where he served as the Tennessee Congressman's Press Secretary, Campaign Manager and Chief Tennessee Administrative Officer before leaving Capitol Hill for Music Row in 1997. 
Herbison is Executive Director of the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI), the world's largest not-for-profit songwriters trade organization and advocacy group dedicated to the songwriting profession. Established in 1967, NSAI’s membership of nearly 5,000 spans the United States and many other countries. With more than 100 chapters, the association serves aspiring and professional songwriters in all genres of music.

Having paid for her University of Kentucky degree with her full-ride scholarship, she – with the full support of her family – started chasing her dreams.
