I haven’t done a pairing episode for a while, and I was inspired to do so thanks to a hearty autumnal dish I was cooking and a delicious wine I found Special to drink with it.

I have taken a few classic autumnal/ winter dishes and given some slightly left of centre wines to pair with them.
