“Twelve Constellations-Scorpio”(天蠍)
Phaeton the son of the sun god Apollo, was so proud and arrogant. One day, he drove his father's sun carriage and drove away quickly, completely disrupting the life of all things. Humans, animals, and plants either freeze to death or heat to death. Time was too chaotic, and it was mess all at once.
In order to stop Phaeton’s misbehavior, Hera released a poisonous scorpion. The scorpion bit Phaeton’s ankle, and Zeus struck Phaeton again with lightning, finally ending the farce.
The world once again returned peaceful, and this powerful scorpion was elevated to Scorpio in memory of it.
The work "Scorpio" of "1300 Fine Porcelain", the little angel with the eastern face, hugs the scorpion tightly in his arms, just like holding a beloved pet, reluctant to let it go!
