In January of 2020, I read the news on Yahoo and MSN like I did every day. 

I did this to see what was affecting business, the markets and in turn our industry. 

Something was going on in China. People were getting sick, and they were instituting something called “Lockdowns” on entire cities. 

Since the travel industry is international, I told my team one January afternoon at our meeting that this will thing called Covid-19 was going to affect us, somehow and someway. 

I just was not sure how.
