We're back with a taste of Advent in October! The epistle reading from Ephesians 5 tells us to walk wisely in light of the coming of Christ. The gospel reading, Matt. 22:1-14 is a parable of judgment at the wedding feast. Then both Old Testament lessons tell us God's judgment and the coming "Day of the Lord."
