Take twenty minutes for yourself with this guided meditation. This practice begins with a calming breathing exercise to ground the body and moves into a focus on gratitude. You will then cultivate self-love and compassion , repeating affirmations such as "I am worthy of love" and "I am enough". The journey continues with a visualization of your safe space , a balancing of the seven chakras , and a full body relaxation scan. The session concludes by returning awareness to the present moment with the affirmations "I am grounded" and "I am at peace".
