Moses died and Joshua was told to go immediately and continue to accomplish the tasks that God intended for His people. God promised to be with Joshua just as he had been with Moses. God promises to be with us just like he promised to be with Joshua. Have you ever had an opportunity for something new, and didn't know how to do it? That's how Joshua felt. It's how we often feel too. Are you ready to go where you've never been before? Are you bringing people with you? Are you making the first move so others will come with you in living out God's plan? God will never leave you or forsake you in the tasks that He has put ahead of you. In fact, God loves us so much he gave us Jesus' example of how to accomplish the things we're called to do individually.

"No one will be able to oppose you all the days of your life. Just as I have been with Moses, I will be with you; I will not desert you nor abandon you. Be strong and courageous, for you shall give this people possession of the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do according to all the Law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may achieve success wherever you go."
