The workplace experience is a major contributor to employee engagement, innovation, creativity and productivity, with real estate being the second largest cost to any organisation after its human capital expense.

 

This podcast series will provide insight into how organisations are managing the evolution of change in the workplace, driven by technology changes, developments in furniture solutions and spatial, awareness specifically as a result of social distancing and hygiene standards and practices off the back of the COVID19 global pandemic.

 

The global pandemic has only continued the fuel the incremental changes to workplace and how it is designed to meet the needs of it's occupants.

 

Our process follows the three P's principles - People - Place and Process. All of these three P's need to work and compliment each other.

 

Our clients and their employees will have a varying degree of change under one or all of the three P's depending on the age of their fitout but now also due to the compliance of providing a safe COVID compliant workplace.
