It’s the accidental horror movie Volcano vs. Detective Harry Dalton in Dante’s Peak.

While we’re on the subject, what is it with the late 90s and disaster movies? Was it impending Y2K anxiety? Was everything going so well in the world that folks had nothing better to do than dream up disaster stories? That’s for another day.
