As the Ghostwood Development Project is revived by Ben and Jerry Horne, the brothers continue to lure in business partners and generate support from the townspeople. Meanwhile, Audrey Horne secures a position at the mysterious perfume counter within her father's department store to continue on with her investigation. Somewhere beyond the heart of Twin Peaks, Cooper, Truman, Hawk, and Doc Hayward stumble upon a crime scene in the middle of the woods.
