We do our best to find the best in “Laura’s Secret Diary.” With the exception of that phenomenal opening scene and a few memorable moments along the way, this episode is a real stinker.

We knew some tough times were ahead in season two, but we didn’t think they’d come so early.

Still, it was fun to see Hank get what’s coming to him, to hear Lucy’s response to Dick’s proposal, and to get another fascinating glimpse into the mind of Laura Palmer.
