This episode features brief descriptions of assault, abuse towards a disabled man, and several uncomfortable scenes. That really tells you what you need to know about Part 10, which attempts to frame Twin Peak's structural violence in fairly gruesome detail.  

But there is good buried under the bad parts; Janey-E and Dougie share a moment, the Mitchum Brothers are cartoon characters, and Gordon finds a bit of time to do some drawing.
