When Sara realized that day going a mile a minute--that it was ENOUGH. Wanting to be better for herself in 2019 Sara was ready to help those who struggled. She knew she wanted to help more people on a larger scale and started working for Strive to Thrive as head coach because she knew other women did not have to be in that same position as herself that day at her mothers.
