• Twitter has two different TOS agreements. One that is specific to the EU, EFTA States and the UK. And a second one for the rest of the world. 
• Twitter isn’t responsible for any content that is posted on their platform, the person who posted the content is responsible and owns the content rights. 
• Twitter reserves the right to remove content that violates their user agreement.
• When using the Twitter service you maybe (definitely will be) exposed to content that you might find offensive, harmful or inappropriate.
