David Sides owned and ran his own agriculture business for a living and is now retired and works in the vineyard full time. Austin Vineyards is the name of this venture and I for one look forward to what the future holds for David and his precious vines!

The vineyard is located on private family property in south Austin and is growing in acreage by the year. There are several varieties growing including both hybrid and Vitis vinifera grapes. Tempranillo, Viognier, Tannat, Vermentino, and Blanc du Bois are some of the predominant grapes growing on property.
