Two men, 29-year-old Gerard Andrews and 24-year-old Daniel Stevens, have been arrested over the kidnapping and murder of 85-year-old grandfather Chris Baghsarian in Sydney. Police allege the men were hired muscle for an underworld crime gang who abducted the wrong victim, with the intended target being a relative of convicted armed robber Dimitri Stepanyan who lived in the same street. Baghsarian was taken from his North Ryde home, tortured and killed at a property in Dural, and his body dumped in Pitt Town 12 days before the arrests.
