It's time to celebrate.  Rory's having a birthday, and it just happens to fall on the same night as Friday Night Dinner.  Naturally, Emily won't let Lorelai out of it so she can throw her daughter a special party, but insists on the party being at the Gilmore house.  Two birthday parties anyone?  Mark and Shannon are in awe of a rare occurrence that you never see between Emily and Lorelai and it has everything to do with pudding!  Do we get a break from Max Medina?  Was Luke serious about that?  Rory has plenty of money for her future trip to Fes now.  And oh the silly, giddy way Lorelai reacts to Emily when she notices how the "ice man" looks at Lorelai.  Whew!  Put on your favorite streaming service, your birthday cone hat, and get ready for a great episode.
