We talk about grace, perseverance, and the reminder that setbacks don’t mean failure—they mean you’re still walking. If you’re feeling worn down, discouraged, or stuck in that back-and-forth season, you’re not alone. And if you’re struggling with your mental health, I encourage you at the end of this episode to seek help, reach out, and talk to someone. There is strength in faith, and there is strength in asking for help.
