In this episode, I address the second of the two most common misconceptions that I hear when it comes to eating for health, "It's too expensive!"

I used to think that, too. I've learned that eating healthily and choosing real, organic and nutrition-loaded foods, primarily plants has saved us hundreds of dollars. 

I share how to shop along with a few personal tips that I do to keep it simple and inexpensive, such as:

  • Starting with a list
  • At the top of the list are the essentials that you need for a week
    • Proteins (plant/animal)
    • Veggies
    • Fruits
    • Greens
    • Plant-based milk (I prefer Almond)
    • and other items
  • Extra items that are needed for special planned meals
  • Seasonings/spices and other items that are not needed regularly

This episode will assist you in being on your way to living a happier,  healthier and more fulfilled life!
