We learn about their experiences from when they actually worked for the same company, and how they're both passionate about helping military veterans learn about the VA Home Loan benefit. Rylan also talks about his personal philosophy of "eating the frog", owning your responsibilities and mistakes, how he sees himself as less a salesman and more of an educator, and while he is in the business of facilitating home loans, buying a home isn't necessarily for everyone!
