The first person on the list is Harold Shipman - Dr. Harold Shipman, nicknamed "Dr. Death" after his horrific killing spree came to light, was sentenced to life in prison after killing over 200 patients. The second person is Belle Gunness - she would marry men just to kill them and collect their life insurance policy, she killed at least 15 men.
